  • The process begins with our first meeting. We will assess if our company is good for you during the session. Once you’ve reviewed and accepted the proposed roadmap and timelines to achieve your specific goals, we get to work.

4. Can I hire you directly or do I work through my company?

  • Your company can hire me to assist you and pay for my services.
  • You can hire me yourself and pay me directly if you prefer to work with me independently.

5. Will we work together in person or online?

  • I prefer in-person in your work environment. You get instant guidance and feedback on the spot as you do your work. On-the-spot guidance is essential, efficient, and effective during the skills transfer process because.
    • The process helps us identify and eliminate uncertainties and guesswork as and when they happen.
    • Skills transfer requires quite a bit of preparation and hands-on work.
    • You will get frequent feedback and encouragement from me.

The option to work online is also possible depending on circumstances such as:

6. How long will it take?

  • This depends entirely on your objectives, current experience and ability to uptake new learnings and insights.

11. What if I want to cancel the contract before the end date? And do I have to pay the remainder of the fee for services not yet rendered?
